Sample availability, fees, freight, delivery time, and branding feasibility depend on product type, artwork, target market, and factory schedule.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing artwork, logos, colors, packaging text, compliance labels, and final mockups before approving production.

You confirm that you have the rights to use any trademark, logo, character, artwork, or licensed content supplied to LANDRE for custom production.

Purchase orders, invoices, payment schedules, trade terms, freight terms, and production timelines are governed by the final written quotation, pro forma invoice, or sales agreement.

Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance, destination compliance, and market-specific labeling obligations are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

LANDRE follows agreed specifications, approved samples, and factory quality control procedures. Minor production tolerances may apply to color, fragrance, packaging, and handmade or assembled details.

Warranty, replacement, rework, or credit handling must be reviewed against order documents, inspection records, photos, and the reported issue timeline.

Do not misuse forms, upload malicious files, scrape private admin areas, impersonate another company, or submit misleading sourcing requests.

LANDRE may update this website, product content, pricing examples, and these terms as the business and factory capabilities evolve.
